The process
How we work
Hiring a commercial cleaning company should not be a leap of faith. Here is exactly what happens from your first call to ongoing recurring service — with a written scope at the center of it.
-
Initial inquiry
You call, email, or submit a form. We ask a few short questions about your facility, location, and what you need cleaned.
- What we need from you: Basic facility details and the best way to reach you.
- What you get: A same-business-day-oriented response from an owner — not a call center.
-
Facility walkthrough
We visit your facility, walk the spaces that need service, and take notes on areas, floor types, restrooms, breakrooms, and access.
- What we need from you: About 20–30 minutes on site and someone who can show us the space.
- What you get: A clear understanding on both sides of what the work actually involves. The walkthrough is free.
-
Scope discussion
We talk through what should be cleaned, how often, what is excluded, and who supplies consumables like soap, paper, and liners.
- What we need from you: Your priorities and any problem areas your current provider misses.
- What you get: A cleaning plan shaped around your facility — not a one-size-fits-all package.
-
Written proposal
We put the scope in writing: tasks, frequencies, exclusions, responsibilities, and recurring pricing.
- What we need from you: Time to review and ask questions. No pressure tactics.
- What you get: A written scope of work and price you can compare line-by-line with other proposals.
-
Schedule and access planning
We agree on service days and times, and document how our team enters and secures your facility — keys, codes, or alarm procedures.
- What we need from you: Access details and any after-hours requirements.
- What you get: A documented access plan. Key and alarm handling is written down, not improvised.
-
Service setup and first cleans
Service begins on the agreed schedule. Early visits get extra attention while the routine is established.
- What we need from you: Feedback on the first visits — what looks great, what needs adjusting.
- What you get: A settled routine, usually within the first couple of weeks.
-
Ongoing communication and quality checks
You always have a direct line to ownership. We check quality against the written scope and fix misses when they are reported.
- What we need from you: Reports of any missed items — a quick message is enough.
- What you get: Issues addressed and documented, and scope updates in writing whenever your needs change.
Frequently asked questions
How long does it take to get a proposal?
A written proposal follows the facility walkthrough. Walkthroughs are typically scheduled within days of your request, depending on both schedules.
Is the walkthrough really free?
Yes. The walkthrough and the written proposal are free and carry no obligation.
Do we have to sign a long-term contract?
We focus on recurring service agreements with a clear written scope. Terms are discussed openly during the proposal stage — ask us anything before you sign.
What if we already have a cleaning company?
That is common. See our guide on switching cleaning companies for how to make a change without a service gap.
