Quote planning & walkthroughs
How do I get a price for my facility?
Start with a free on-site walkthrough. We look at your spaces, discuss scope and frequency, and follow up with a written proposal and recurring price. Phone-only quotes are guesses, and we do not do business on guesses.
Is the walkthrough really free, with no obligation?
Yes. The walkthrough and written proposal are free. If the proposal is not right for you, that is the end of it — no follow-up pressure campaign.
What should I prepare for the walkthrough?
About 20–30 minutes, access to the areas needing service, and any recurring problems you want solved. If you have a current scope from another provider, it helps — but it is not required.
Can I plan a quote online?
Yes — use the walkthrough request form or the Commercial Cleaning Quote Planner to send facility details. A walkthrough is still required before final pricing, because accurate pricing requires seeing the facility.
Pricing
How is commercial cleaning priced?
Recurring pricing is based on scope: which areas, which tasks, how often, facility condition, and who supplies consumables. Square footage matters, but restroom count, traffic, and frequency usually matter more.
Why don't you publish prices on the website?
Because honest recurring prices depend on the facility. Two 5,000 sq. ft. offices can need very different programs. What we publish instead is the process: free walkthrough, written scope, written price.
Does the price change after we start?
Only through a documented scope change. If your needs change — more frequency, new areas — we discuss it, update the written scope, and adjust pricing openly. No silent increases.
Service & scheduling
When does cleaning happen?
Most clients choose evening service after business hours. Day porter support is available for select facilities. Scheduled cleaning can be arranged up to seven days per week, including Saturdays, by prior arrangement.
Are you available on Saturdays?
Our office and customer-contact operations are closed on Saturdays, but previously scheduled cleaning crews may still perform service on Saturdays.
How often should our facility be cleaned?
It depends on traffic, restroom load, and facility type. Most offices run one to five visits per week. We recommend a starting frequency at the walkthrough and adjust once real usage is clear.
Do you handle one-time cleans?
Our focus is recurring commercial service. One-time work is considered case by case — ask, and we will answer honestly.
Supplies & products
Who supplies cleaning products and equipment?
Standard cleaning products and equipment are included unless your proposal states otherwise.
Who supplies soap, paper products, and trash liners?
Either side can — it is defined in your written proposal. Where restocking is in our scope, we monitor levels and flag supply needs before they become complaints.
Do you use disinfectants?
EPA-registered disinfectants are used according to their labels when disinfection is included in your written scope.
Access & security
How do you handle keys and alarm codes?
Access procedures are documented during service setup and treated as confidential. Keys and codes are used only per the written access plan, and changes require your written agreement.
Are you insured?
Yes. Proof of insurance is available during the proposal process or upon request.
Quality & issues
What happens if something is missed?
Report it directly to ownership — phone, text, or email. Missed items are corrected and documented. If a miss recurs, we fix the checklist or routine behind it, not just the symptom.
How do you keep quality consistent?
A written scope, task checklists per area, facility-specific instructions, recurring quality checks, and owner-led follow-up. Consistency is a system, not a personality trait.
What if our scope needs to change?
Scope changes are discussed and documented before recurring pricing is adjusted. Your written scope always matches what is actually being done.
Service area & facilities
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Brunswick, Ohio, serving Brunswick, Medina, Strongsville, North Royalton, Valley City, Middleburg Heights, Broadview Heights, Berea, and nearby communities in Medina and southern Cuyahoga counties.
What types of facilities do you clean?
Professional Office; Industrial / Light Manufacturing; Warehouse / Distribution Employee Areas; Retail / Customer-Facing Commercial Space; Commercial Building Common Areas; Daycare / Educational Facility; Fitness / Recreational Facility; and Other Commercial Facility. Commercial facilities only.
What don't you do?
Medical and dental facilities, biohazard remediation, medical-waste handling, sterilization, production-line cleaning, and specialty floor refinishing are outside our offering. Routine floor care — vacuuming, sweeping, mopping — is included as normal janitorial work.
Do you serve commercial facilities only?
Yes. Commercial facilities only. We build recurring cleaning scopes around each business facility's spaces, traffic, and schedule.
Agreements & billing
Do you require a long-term contract?
We focus on recurring service agreements with a clear written scope. Specific terms are discussed openly during the proposal stage — ask us anything before you sign.
How does invoicing work?
Invoicing terms are set out in your proposal and agreed before service begins. If you have specific AP requirements — POs, portals, net terms — raise them at the proposal stage and we will tell you honestly what we can accommodate.
