Office Cleaning in Northeast Ohio
Recurring cleaning that keeps workspaces, common areas, and shared rooms consistently presentable — on a written scope.
An office does not have to be dirty to feel neglected. Dusty ledges, streaked entry glass, and a breakroom that smells like Friday on a Monday morning all tell your team — and your visitors — that nobody is paying attention.
Our recurring office cleaning is built around a written scope: which areas, which tasks, how often, and what is excluded. That document — not a salesperson’s promise — is what your service gets checked against.
How office cleaning works with us. We start with a free walkthrough of your suite or building. We look at workstation density, common areas, restrooms, breakrooms, floor types, and entry traffic, then propose a task list and frequency that fits how the space is actually used. After you approve the written proposal, service runs on schedule — typically evenings, so your team walks into a clean office instead of watching us work around them.
What consistency actually takes. The difference between a good first month and a good first year is routine: task checklists tied to the scope, facility-specific instructions for your building, and quality checks with a direct line to ownership when something is missed. That structure is standard with every office we serve, from single suites to multi-floor buildings.
Boundaries, stated plainly. Routine floor care — vacuuming, sweeping, mopping — is included as normal janitorial work. Specialty floor refinishing, biohazard remediation, and medical-waste handling are not services we offer.

Common questions
How often should an office be cleaned?
Most offices we serve run one to five visits per week depending on headcount, visitor traffic, and restroom load. We recommend a frequency during the walkthrough — and adjust it once real usage is clear.
Do you clean during business hours or after?
Either. Most office clients prefer evening service after close; day porter support is available for select facilities. Schedules are set in the written scope.
Do we need to supply anything?
Standard cleaning products and equipment are included unless the proposal states otherwise. Consumables — soap, paper, liners — are identified separately in your proposal, whoever supplies them.
