Day Porter Services
On-site daytime support for high-traffic facilities: restroom checks, lobby and common-area upkeep, spill response, trash removal, supply restocking, and ongoing appearance maintenance. Available for select facilities based on schedule, service needs, and staffing availability.

Cleaning for agreed non-clinical and common areas in medical and professional offices. Scope and approved products are documented before service begins.

Trash & Recycling RemovalTrash and recycling emptied and re-lined on every visit.
Janitorial Supply RestockingSoap, paper, and liner restocking where supplies are provided, identified in your written proposal.
Common Area CleaningLobbies, hallways, and shared spaces maintained to the standard in your scope.
Routine floor cleaning. Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping are included as part of normal janitorial service. Specialty floor refinishing is not part of our current service offering.
Medical and professional offices. Cleaning is limited to agreed non-clinical and common areas. We do not provide sterilization, biohazard remediation, operating-room cleaning, or HIPAA/infection-control certification.
Disinfection & supplies. EPA-registered disinfectants are used according to their labels when disinfection is included in the written scope. Standard cleaning products and equipment are included unless the proposal states otherwise; facility consumables are identified separately.

Yes. Depending on crew availability, facility access, and the agreed scope, recurring cleaning may be scheduled up to seven days per week.
Final scope and recurring price are confirmed after a facility walkthrough, based on the facility, frequency, and service requirements. The estimator on this page does not show a final price; it helps us prepare a customized quote.
We clean agreed non-clinical and common areas in medical and professional facilities. Biohazard remediation, sharps handling, regulated medical waste, sterilization, and operating-room cleaning are not included.
Yes. Day porter service provides on-site daytime upkeep for high-traffic facilities — restroom checks, lobby and common-area maintenance, spill response, trash removal, and supply restocking. Day porter service is available for select facilities based on schedule, service needs, and staffing availability.
Scope changes are discussed with you before any pricing is adjusted, and your written scope is updated so expectations stay clear on both sides.
